Terms of Use
Last updated October 13, 2026
The short version
- Supplied is run by Gapps, MB, a company in Lithuania. By using it, you agree to these terms.
- Everything you can do by hand is free. Premium adds talking to Supplied and asking it questions, for you alone (Premium), two people (Premium Duo) or up to ten people in your house (Premium Family).
- Subscriptions are sold through the App Store and Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
- Use-by dates and the assistant are helpful guesses, not food safety advice. Check the label, and trust your nose.
- What you add is yours. Everyone in your house can see and change it.

1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Gapps, MB (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Lithuania, company code 306265745, Panerių g. 51-98, LT-48334 Kaunas, Lithuania. They cover the Supplied app for iPhone and Android, the services behind it, and our website at keepsupplied.com (together, “Supplied”).
By creating an account, buying a subscription or otherwise using Supplied, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live that can't be changed by agreement.
2. Your account
- You need to be at least 13 to have an account. In the EU, if you're under the age your country sets for agreeing to online services on your own, a parent or guardian has to agree for you. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy a subscription.
- An account is for one person. Give a real email address you can get to, and keep your password to yourself.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has got into it, change your password and tell us at hello@keepsupplied.com.
3. Houses and the people in them
A house is the kitchen everyone at home shares. Everyone in a house can see and change what's at home, the shopping list, the history and the list of people. Anyone who has the house's join code or an invitation can join it, so share them only with people you want in your house. You can make a new join code at any time, and the old one stops working.
Only invite people who would expect to hear from you, and only add people by name if they're happy to be listed. When you leave a house, the house and what's in it stay for everyone else.
5. Subscriptions, billing and cancelling
Buying
Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play, and paid with the payment method on your Apple or Google account. The price, the billing period and any free trial are shown before you confirm, and the payment is charged when you confirm. Prices include any sales tax or VAT the store applies. Apple's and Google's terms also apply to your purchase.
Automatic renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month or year), for the same length of time and at the price then in effect, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for, and then it isn't renewed. Deleting the app or your Supplied account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store:
- iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Supplied.
- Android: open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Supplied.
Free trials and offers
If a plan comes with a free trial, the subscription starts and you're charged when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it does. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Offers we've made, such as the price promised to people who signed up on our website before launch, apply as described when we made them.
Price changes
We may change prices. Apple or Google will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription and, where the law or the store requires it, ask you to agree. If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle payments, so they handle refunds too, under their own policies. We can't issue refunds for store purchases ourselves. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google through your Google Play order history. If you live in the EU or the UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, which you exercise through Apple or Google too. If something has gone wrong, write to hello@keepsupplied.com and we'll help however we can.
6. The assistant and use-by dates
Supplied uses automated systems, including AI language models, to understand what you say and type, and it estimates how long food keeps from how long that kind of thing usually lasts. Both are guesses. They can be wrong: an item misheard, an amount misread, a date too early or too late.
Use-by estimates are not food safety advice. Always check the label and the food itself before you eat it, and use your own judgment. Supplied doesn't know about allergies, recalls, how food was stored, or medical or dietary needs, and isn't made to handle them. Check what Supplied changed after you talk to it. You can undo a change or correct it by hand.
7. What you add
What you add to Supplied (items, lists, names, what you say and type) stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it, show it to the people in your house, and pass it to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run Supplied for you. This permission ends when the content is deleted, apart from short-lived copies in logs and backups.
Only add things you have the right to add, and don't add other people's personal information without good reason. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
8. Using Supplied fairly
Please don't:
- use Supplied for anything illegal, or to harass or harm anyone;
- try to get into houses, accounts or data that aren't yours, including by guessing join codes;
- get around Premium, usage limits or security, or use Supplied through automated scripts;
- overload our servers, or use the assistant for things that have nothing to do with your house;
- copy, sell or rent out Supplied, or take it apart to work out its source code, except where the law allows you to.
Usage limits exist to keep Supplied fair and affordable. For example, there's a daily limit on how much one phone can talk to the assistant, set well above what a household needs.
9. Other companies' services
Supplied relies on services from other companies: Apple and Google for the stores, payments and speech recognition, and, if you choose, ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude when you ask one of them what to cook. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for what they do. You're responsible for following the terms of any service you use with Supplied, such as your mobile carrier's.
10. Our rights in Supplied
Supplied, its design, its name, its logo, its item pictures and its code belong to us or to the people who license them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own household, as long as you follow these terms. Parts of the app are open-source software, listed in the app, and their own licences apply to those parts.
11. Changes and availability
We keep improving Supplied, so features may change, appear or go away. We work to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a service we rely on is down. Your kitchen and list stay on your phone even then. If we ever close Supplied for good, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice where we can, so you can take a copy of your data and cancel your subscription.
12. Ending this agreement
You can stop using Supplied at any time, and delete your account whenever you like. Remember to cancel any subscription in the store as well.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, that is used for fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it. Unless the law or safety stops us, we'll tell you first and why. The sections on what you add, our rights, disclaimers, liability and the law that applies keep applying after this agreement ends.
13. Disclaimers
We work hard to make Supplied accurate and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or right about what's in your house or when it goes off. This doesn't limit any guarantees you have by law as a consumer.
14. Our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we're not liable for food that spoils or gets thrown away, for things bought twice or not bought, or for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost data;
- our total liability to you for all claims about Supplied is limited to the greater of what you paid for Supplied in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50.
None of this limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
15. The law that applies and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to hello@keepsupplied.com first. Most problems can be sorted out quickly, and we'll try to within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes go to the courts of Lithuania. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there where those laws allow it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and we update the date at the top when we do. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless it's needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you keep using Supplied after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree with them, stop using Supplied, delete your account and cancel your subscription before they take effect.
17. If you got Supplied from the App Store
These terms are the end-user license agreement for the Supplied app on Apple devices, and they include the following:
- These terms are between you and Gapps, MB only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Supplied app and its content.
- Your licence to use the app is limited to Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support for it.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by a failure to conform to any warranty are our responsibility, to the extent they aren't disclaimed in these terms.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
- If any third party claims that the app, or your possession and use of it, infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Once you accept them, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Questions, complaints and claims about the app go to us, at the address in Contact us.
18. If you got Supplied from Google Play
Your purchase is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, and Google's refund policies apply. Google isn't a party to these terms and isn't responsible for Supplied.
19. General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Supplied. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over Supplied, and your rights under it stay the same. You can't transfer it without our agreement. If these terms are ever translated, the English version applies where the two differ.
